Terms and conditions
Store Credit Payments will be issued to the account submitting the Sell Request. We cannot issue store credit payment to any other account for miniatures sold.
When selecting PayPal, please ensure that the PayPal address that the payment will go to is supplied and properly spelled. PayPal payments are usually issued within four days of confirmed receipt of the product.

All packages will be processed within four business days of receipt. Paypal and Store Credit Payments will be made by 6pm ET on the day the Sell Request is Verified.
We will follow up by email with approval or any questions concerning the request. Please do not mail the minis or deliver them until an approval has been received via email. Response to any emails or sell requests will be made within two business days of receiving the communication.
Note: If you have not received your approval within two business days, please check your spam or junk folder.
Delivery Via Mail, Domestic and International
When delivering product through the mail, please make sure the contents are packaged securely. HobbyTitan.com is not responsible for any items damaged in transit to our store.
If shipping an army that includes cards, such as Warmachine, do not put cards in plastic zip lock bags, rubber band them, leave them loose in the package, or include packing material with a rough surface. These methods will result in damage to the cards. A good rule of thumb is that your cards should have no room to shift around during transit by using newspaper, foam, or packing peanuts to tighten packaging. A box or case is recommended to ensure that product is not damaged in transit.
Ensure that the sell request invoice (printout of the confirmation page or email) is included in the package. Failure to provide the sell invoice could delay processing and payment of the request.
Please ship the sell request within two business days of receiving approval for the sell request.
The Seller is responsible for any postage due or custom/import fees that may incur upon receipt of the package. Any fees assessed on the package will be deducted from the request total and approval will need to be obtained from the seller before the sell request can be processed.
International requests may take 3-5 additional business days to process.
Once the package has been received by HobbyTitan.com, the request contents will be verified against the submitted sell request.
The seller is responsible for any shipping costs in the event a request needs to be returned. Payment for return shipping must be made within 30 days through either credit card, PayPal, or store credit.
If payment for return shipping has not been received within 30 days, the sell request will be processed using the last adjusted offer.
